Smoky Herb Beef Sliders

Ingredients

  • 250g beef mince
  • 60g fresh chopped thyme
  • 30g chopped rosemary
  • 30g chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and set in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  3. Once firm portion the mixture with a measuring table spoon and shape into mini burgers.
  4. Seal each side in a hot pan then finish in the oven.
  5. Serve with your favourite burger ingredients.
  6. Tip: Boil or chargrill corn cobettes and finish with butter, a sprinkle of smoked paprika and salt for a delicious accompaniment.
