Lightly Marinated Porterhouse

A lean cut, loved for its tenderness, we’ve lightly marinated it for extra melt-in-the-mouth flavour. Throw in your own favourite herbs, drizzle with oil, roast and rest. No added hormones. No MSG. Gluten-free. Nut-free.

How to cook
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. Remove from packaging and place into roasting dish.
  3. Roast for approximately 60 minutes per kilogram.
  4. An internal temperature of 64°C to 68°C is recommended.
  5. Allow to rest for 10 minutes then slice and serve.
