Rosemary and Garlic Beef Rump

We’ve added our own special marinade to this king of cuts. Slow roast for extra tenderness and to release its juices and flavours. Impressive on any table. No added hormones. No MSG. Gluten-free. Nut-free.

How to cook
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. Remove from packaging and place into roasting dish.
  3. Roast for approximately 60 minutes per kilogram.
  4. An internal temperature of 64°C to 68°C is recommended.
  5. Allow to rest for 10 minutes then slice and serve.
